Florida is surrounded by first class states like Alabama,Georgia,Miss., S.C. They have no problem helping fellow states.Louisiana is probably still struggling from their flooding problems that the Fed. govt. seldom acknowledged.
Utility crews from the Gulf states are quite adept in that they deal with most every form of calamity imaginable *and* hurricanes.
Plus, they won’t get the cold shoulder like they did in New Jersey post Sandy.
Georgia is going to have its own problems to deal with, from the nuclear submarine base to Savannah, and probably 40 or so miles inland. Probably going to be spots of damage as far in as Macon and Augusta.
