8pm advisory has winds down to 130 mph due to concentric eyewalls. Bad news is windfield extended outwards. And we still can see intensification due to crossing the Gulf Stream.
I reached them...they were doing a check around the house...he did say they specifically choose this house also because elevated above the other houses.......if they get any surges it will come from St. John’s Bay but they’re enough elevated it shouldn’t be a problem.
They do expect power outages, rain and wind...but are set.
