Pickles picks Insane Clown Kaine because he makes her look intelligent and stable by comparison.
Plus his wife has already castrated his fugly butt so he’s used to females dominating him.
Really, Pickles sets such a low bar that Kaine is probably the only person willing to meet her low standards.
