It’s stupid, and makes a point that is incorrect, but how is it insulting to black people? I guess this sort of thing is just one of the great benefits of our diversity.
Because the words "dog" and "Black" were in the same paragraph. Because conservative journalists - yeah, both of them - could now arguably write headlines like "Scarborough equates dogs and Blacks."
