Not true. Obviously she wasn’t by her actions. We don’t all mature at the same rate. It took me until 21/22 to start getting a little sense. But one would sure think that someone that holds the title of President would have some discernment and discretion! He’s a predator. She could have done the same actions with Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, GHWB, GWB...none of them would have taken that advantage that he did. I’ll leave off JFK because we all know what he was like. LBJ was a pig, too.
