Any criminologist will tell you that sociopaths that are criminally inclined get off on getting away with crime. This is why criminals can’t help but brag about their misdeeds. However, even more troubling, when they do get away with something, it makes them more brazen. For example, OJ got away with murder. So, he thought that meant he could conduct a strong arm robbery with out facing consequences. In fact, you could see the disbelief on his face as the judge read his sentence to him.

The same goes for Zimmerman. Even if he was innocent, you’d think after going through the trial and all of that stress, he would lay low. Nope. Weeks after being acquitted, he was back in the news brandishing a gun at someone.

Same with the Clintons. They have gotten away with so much that now, the crimes are just a normal way of life for them. It is very scary to consider that a criminal syndicate will be back in the WH, except this time it will be much stronger, more brazen, and intense than the 90s.

It is the repetition of a high, like with any pleasurable drug/activity. They are so pleased with themselves, they simply want more.
