The Navy ,now Air Force ,why right now ,Obama is on his last days of Total Destruction
The Army is doing it now too, but they haven't come out and bragged about it. Their "force drawdown" due to the "budget cuts" accomplishes the same goals, but makes people think it is a "retain only the best" shakeout.
