If the monster vote is real, how is it that not a single poll, outside of LATimes/USC, is picking it up? We know the media polls are biased as hell, but even the Breitbart (Gravis) poll shows her ahead

Trump is doing fine.

I mean D + oversampled polls are a joke.

They keep playing around with party ID to show Hillary ahead.

If all she can manage is being up 1 point within the MOE - she’s done.

There’s no enthusiasm for her as even pro-Hillary polls like this one demonstrate.

They’re biased because their polls are not truly random and they are in the tank for Hillary.

Dornsife and UPI don’t play these dishonest push polling tricks.

MSM polls are all over the place because they assume the electorate is volatile.

In reality, people have made up their minds since Labor Day weekend.

Its for Trump.

But I’m not see ANY enthusiasm for Clinton at all.

I live in a conservative Missouri town, so it is no surprise that Trump yard signs outnumber Clinton’s—outnumber as in I haven’t seen a single Clinton yard sign or bumper sticker yet. But here in MO there is a governor’s race and Senate race. Thing is, I do see signs for those Democrat candidates—lots of them. Their supporters may well vote for her, but aren’t willing to let their neighbors know.

Yup. Its not like she has a lead outside the MOE.

Looking at it the other way, the race is tied and I think that’s true in this one.

Hillary canceled a campaign event with Bernie.

If she was really ahead, they’d be telling us the election is over.

FOX has her ahead by 5% points. LA Times had Trump ahead. Rasmussen had Trump ahead back when the other polls were saying he was behind.

He needs to KO the witch this Sunday. His problem is he has to do it without going the personal attack route. His VP and surrogates have to do that.

He is dealing with OVERWHELMING Establishment opposition from BOTH parties.

If she wins, the ELITES win and the majority of Americans will pay the price AGAIN.

I have been observing this phenomenon from the beginning of this campaign. Every time Trump loses a lead or falls behind in the polls its because there’s a small percentage of “Republicans” (RHINOS) that recoil at what he’s said, done, etc...(latest one was the Debate performance - whether you thought it was a good/bad performance is not the point- and of course his back and forth with Alicia Murchado - again whether you think it was worth it or not is irrelevant...it’s what this squishy “middle” think is what is dragging his poll numbers down). Trump needs to lay off Twitter until the elections, stay on message, use the teleprompter more, read up more on details, and yes, unfortunately at this late stage of the campaign....act more like a Politician. It’s a tactical move not a strategic one. The so called “independent” middle are nothing more than Republicans who would have no trouble voting for Hillary or not voting at all. Keep your eye on his %’s with this group whenever he falls behind in the polls. His numbers within “Republicans” falls from 90% (when he’s leading Hillary) down to the low 80s%. If he’s going to win he’d going to need 90% plus of this group and unfortunately these are the RHINOs who have literally ruined the party!

MO will go Trump.

There may be split ticket voting down the ballot in some states but Trump still wins.

Hillary only has a double digit lead in CA and NY and the wastage of D + votes explains her lead here.

Its nothing.

Ignore the polls and just go vote. And volunteer to poll watch. It’s all we can do. It will have to be enough. If the Witch wins, then that is the end of the USA.

“I am not going down the “polls are all wrong” circle jerk”

In 2012, I got caught up in ‘unskew the polls’, etc...and I swore that I would not buy in to the notion that the polls are wrong, again.

But it is very hard to resist. There may just be a ‘hidden’ group of voters out there...people who are so tired of politics that they haven’t voted in years...who are excited by Trump. He’s the ‘anti-candidate’ - why would we expect standard polling methods to apply?

But I do think trends are important - and last week’s trend was down for Trump. Even if one doesn’t necessarily believe Rasmussen, the trend is still unfavorable, no matter how you slice it.

Still, honestly I have no idea what may happen on election day. It could go either way. I will say this, though: I believe Trump will get more votes than McCain or Romney did. That’s important, since Romney managed to get fewer votes than McCain. How do I know? Just basing it on primary turnout. So Hillary has a fairly high bar, to beat Barry’s turnout.

is this using the new method of polling? (when they revised systems earlier this year to account for “reality” in their minds?)

I don’t think Clinton supporters are enthused about her but will still vote for her because they are far left, they want their freebies or they believe all the bad things they’ve been told about Trump and are voting against him.

Add in that the voting fraud the dems have planned and I would like to see Trump polling way ahead.

Polls aside, there is one troubling trend with Trump - he has gotten close, or even overtaken Hillary several times, and each time right as it has happened he has allowed himself to “step in a beartrap” prepared by the media/DNC (ie engaging “Khan” after the convention), or, the latest and by far worst example, his complete unpreparedness to handle the “tag-team” at the first debate, as well as missed “softballs” he should have hit out of the park, which had me wanting to throw something at the TV.

Discounting ALL polls is a fool's errand... there's 3 things Trump can do

1. Bombard the airwaves with ads.. what the hell is he waiting for? I've heard about the $140mm in purchases but haven't seen much evidence yet (not talking about NYC metro area either). She has ads around the clock lying about her accomplishments and lying about Trump. ads help correct the record!

2. Go on the offensive during the next 2 debates.. don't let this vermin call you, and all of us, racist, misogynistic, crooked, strange, thieves... and we don't give a rat's ass about Chelsea the disgusting pig... hit all of the important points. Ask for moderator if he wants to join Clinton on the dais. Come up with a zinger like Reagan's "there you go again". Stop being Mr. Nice Guy... Romney the jerk tried that- look at what happened

3. Stay out of the weeds. Don't tweet about petty crap... let surrogates do it.. speaking of surrogates, why isn't Pence playing that role? He seems to want to stay above the fray and not get his hands dirty. That's so messed up. A guy like Allen West (my first choice all along) would have been perfect as a VP... Pence needs to get into the fight- fully engaged alraeady

We can't rely on Wikileaks's or other stuff to come out... Trumo needs to take control of the narrative... if the media is blocking him out (except for negatives), he must use every tool at his disposal and take charge already... Blanket the airwaves with ads- to reduce his negatives and increase her's... you don't become President with approval in the 30s, no matter how awful your opponent is... just my 2c
