There have been multiple reports of attacks by people dressed in clown suits as we all know by now. So, considering this concern, the guy who dressed like a clown was a total idiot if he did not have bad intentions. While it may not be a crime to be an idiot, it sounds like people are taking matters in their own hands.
My advise: don’t dress like a creepy clown.

You know, clowns actually have jobs and such. They've been known to do all kind of charity work in hospitals and various other places.
This whole clown thing is manufactured hysteria. I just wonder who started it.
