Fort Wayne Police Department spokesperson Michael Joyner said a white colored suv pulled up alongside of the clown. A man was driving. Joyner said the man got out of the car and fired several shots. The man then got back in the suv and headed north on Plaza.
This isnt the first shooting thats happened on this street, neighbor Joe Wright said. They happen often down the street.
Joyner said he doesnt know why people are dressing as clowns, but he said he suspects fear is a factor across the city.
I just think its crazy. People better take those clown mask off
before the coroner does, Wright said.

DEVO is short for devolution, the idea that we are regressing. Getting dumber and dumber.
You should do a search on false clown report and read up.
This whole clown thing is manufactured hysteria. I just wonder who started it.
I did and noted a number of false reports. Doesn't change the fact that a number of threats have been made and some have used the clown get-up to incite a reaction. It is those I base my comments on. Can't ignore the actual bad because of false reports. Same goes for those making the false reports and going out of their way to cause mayhem because they think they have an excuse - far too many are on the lookout to cater to their violent side and they need to be treated like the rabid dogs they are.
I agree completely with you. I’d say most is hysteria with a couple crazies using it to act out an assault.
Still if ANYONE was in the street with a hatchet, I’d have a problem with that.
That’s every state now.
The most horrific clown report came from a Reading, Pa., neighborhood where a 10-grader was fatally stabbed after a fight with someone wearing a clown mask, according to PennLive.
