No, justice doesn’t prevail until they lock the sob away. Based upon his history that doesnt seem to happen.
It’s good that the thief was caught and cuffed, but if he had a gun the outcome could have been very different. Not worth it for some uniforms, unless those in pursuit are also armed.
Walker is a fast runner.

Wow. My nephew ran Griak for the Gophers and it is sad that a lifetime criminal has basically cast a shadow of lawlessness on this fabulous event. It does not surprise me that a group of XC dudes would go after that scum...good for them.
