One of the many problems with diagnosing these bigger storms and their steering currents is that they wobble a lot. After crossing Cuba, especially if it hits the mountains, it may re-organize in the straits and we will have to figure it out all over again.
Guantanamo is definitely in the middle of the path.
Maybe they’ll evacuate them to CONUS and settle Bambi’s idiotic pledge to close it
