At the presidential debate, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton made all kinds of attacks on each other. But on one notable issue, they were in complete agreement: they both think people on the federal governments no fly list should be categorically denied their right to buy guns under the Second Amendment. Both candidates have repeatedly said so for months. Trumps stance on this issue should be deeply troubling to those who care about gun rights and also to people concerned about constitutional rights generally, even if they dont care much about this one.
As both the ACLU and conservative commentators point out, the no fly list is notoriously inaccurate. It is also provides little or no due process protections. The process is secret, people are not told the reasons why they were placed on the list, and they are not given any advance opportunity to challenge the designation. And, once on the list, even a completely innocent person might find it difficult and time-consuming to get off it.

I see it as anti-Trump. Several clever pundits have said it several different ways. They are afraid to take a stand so I spit them out of my mouth.
Four of 1500 licenses to carry in NY are issued to Trumps...including Donald. He has been endorsed by the NRA.
Yup, like most libertarians.
And they conveniently left out the fact that Trump said he'd clean up both the no-fly and no-gun purchase lists. Those who'd compile such lists in his admin would be of a far different mindset than those who compile them now. ....or in a Hillary admin.
Patriots vs. national/cultural saboteurs.
Trump has a permit to carry. Name another presidential candidate who has one.
After browsing their entire website, I believe this outfit, Foundation For Economic Education, is a tad bit to the left of center.
Trump made a point of talking about how to get off the list.
This article is bunk.
DONALD J. TRUMPS VISION
Constitution
Appoint justices to the United States Supreme Court who will uphold our laws and our Constitution. The replacement for Justice Scalia will be a person of similar views and principles who will preserve the very core of our country and make it greater than ever before
o Defend the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States. Nobody is above the law
o Uphold our freedoms, constitutional values and principles that our country was founded on
o Protect our liberty with the highest regard for the Constitution
o Protect and defend freedom of religion, speech, press and right to bear arms.
Donald J. Trumps list of Potential Supreme Court Justice Picks, here
Second Amendment
o Defend the Second Amendment of our Constitution. The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed upon. Period.
o Nominate United States Supreme Court justices that will abide by the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States that includes upholding the Second Amendment.
o Enforce the laws on the books. We need to get serious about prosecuting violent criminals.
o Expand and bring back programs like Project Exile and get gang members and drug dealers off the street. When we do, crime will go down and our cities and communities will be safer places to live.
o Empower law-abiding gun owners to defend themselves. Law enforcement does a tremendous job, but they cant be everywhere all of the time.
o Fix our broken mental health system. All of the tragic mass murders that occurred in the past several years have something in common there were red flags that were ignored. We cant allow that to continue. We need to expand treatment programs, because most people with mental health problems arent violent, they just need help.
o Defend the rights of law-abiding gun owners:o Military bases and recruiting centers - to have a strong military, we need to allow them to defend themselves
o National right to carry should be legal in all 50 states
o Background checks - we need to fix the system we have and make it work as intended. What we dont need to do is expand a broken system.
o Gun and magazine bans - the government has no business dictating what types of firearms good, honest people are allowed to own

Nevertrump bullcrap.
Endorsed by the NRA? So was Bush. He supported the assault weapons ban.
“Trump is no conservative...”
Who makes that determination? I do know Trump is a patriot. I’ll take a patriot over a so called conservative any day.
But supposedly both Bushes are.
No worries for the 2A under a Trump Presidency.
The Revolution is ON!
Vote Trump!
Hillary will actively attack the 2nd Amendment. If you can’t figure that out, you’re a liar or an idiot.
Trump and his boys are NRA Lifers and have carry permits. Furthermore, Junior is an avid gun guy. He would not let the old man sabotage the second amendment.
FEE is anti-Trump. Libertarians who seem to prefer hillary.
I don’t care whether they do or not. I know what the Bill of Rights is. I know what the Second Amendment says and what it means. I really don’t shive a git what the politicians and their turds on the SCOTUS and Federal Courts say. To me, they’re all America and freedom hating idiots.
Harry Reid has been endorsed by the NRA.
Quote:
“Libertarians who seem to prefer hillary.”
No “libertarian” could possibly endorse Hillary. But they, “Republicans,” and “conservatives,” as we have seen, do.
I’m going with the patriots and Trump.
