well, I guess that’s the same problem with Catholic or Protestant. Anyone can call themselves one whether they are or not. Whether it’s the Catholic “women priests” or the Protestant “atheists”. It’s not like the bible didn’t warn us about it. The entire book of Jude is nothing but a warning about this stuff.

There is a difference in how the different churches handle these problems. The United Church of Canada must go through a long drawn out process before a decision is made on whether to place Rev. Gretta Vosper on the Discontinued Service List (Disciplinary).
