Kathy Shelton was just 12 years old when a 41-year-old drifter raped her on the side of a desolate Arkansas road in 1975.
In 1975, Clinton served as the defense lawyer for Thomas Alfred Taylor, a 41-year-old factory worker accused of raping Shelton after luring her to his car.
Taylor pleaded down to 'unlawful fondling of a minor' and served less than a year in prison after Clinton was able to block the admission of forensic evidence that linked her client to the crime.
Shelton said Clinton accused her during the case of 'seeking out older men', and demanded that the 12-year-old undergo a grueling court-ordered psychiatric examination to determine whether she was 'mentally unstable'.
During the case, Clinton accused the 12-year-old of 'seek[ing] out older men' and 'engag[ing] in fantasizing' in court affidavits, and later laughed while discussing aspects of the case in a recently-unearthed audiotape from the 1980s.
On the audiotape, Clinton indicated that she believed Taylor, her client, was guilty, saying that his ability to pass a lie detector test 'forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs'.
She also laughed while describing how she was able to get a world-famous New York City blood expert to question the admissibility of forensic evidence that was misplaced by the crime lab after it was tested.

Yes, a superPAC needs to get that done, ASAP.
He needs to immediately put up a dark James Byrd type commercial with a clip of the video of her laughing about the outcome. Add this with another transgression montage of women claiming that Him tried to destroy them and a copy of her website saying that they should be believed.
Kinda reminds me how we finally learned years after he had died that Upton Sinclair had actually known that Sacco and Vanzetti had been guilty but chose to write a class-war mongering defense because he knew it would sell better with his European audience.
I actually have a newspaper where a front page story is how Sacco and Vanzetti’s appeal was finally denied (and as a consequence they were executed).

Such a sad story to read. This woman had her innocence and her ability to have children stolen at 12 years old.. Good for her in coming forward. Regardless of how this affects the election, I hope she will be okay.
I wonder what happened to the perp. Did he rape again, is he still alive....where are the journalists to check him out?

Nothing is wrong with doing everything allowed by law to defend a client. It is the duty of a lawyer.
However, What is important about this incident is HOW she got him off on a technicality.

Sounds similar to the misplaced THUMB DRIVE that had Hillary’s emails on it.

The absolute callous indifference in her voice in that recording sends shivers down my spine...laughing and bragging in her utterly phony Southern drawl about what a great job she did as an attorney.
In actuality, I strongly suspect there was no forensic scientist from New York, considering how vague she was about ANY details regarding his identity. More likely, she promised/threatened the judge or the prosecutor so she could have a “win” on her record and he agreed to drop the charges.
Would be very interesting to know if someone was later given a high paying appointment in BillyJeff’s administration?

Forget the victim, just do a commercial with the audio of cankles cackling about what an awesome lawyer she was when she got a child rapist off with 2 months time served and blamed it on the 12 year old.

Article says that Hillary’s maneuvers in the case would be illegal under law passed two years later. Very sad. Hillary is cold as ice.
