Neither is Scott Bakula.
So the only captains that signed this is Janeway. The Canadian, English, and two of the Americans didn’t.

I noticed that Shatner, Stewart, Brooks, and Bakula all left their names off the list.
That leaves that angry man Kate Mulgrew as the only TV show captain to put his name on the list. He must be getting senile in his old age and he looks kind of large in that woman prison show on Netflix (what is a man like Kate Mulgrew doing on that show?)
