Is Saudi Arabia willing to cut off its nose to spite its face? A complete cessation of production would be needed to make pressure, as oil is fungible.

An Oil Embargo?? Dump US Bonds? A seizure of all U.S.-based Saudi-owned assets -- financial, real estate, corporate and commodity -- would be worth tens of billions of dollars.
