This link should be Google Maps of the exact area, where her car “veered off the freeway into the river”. OK.

That is hard to do sober. There are plenty of roads like that in SoCal, and this was a straight steady freeway. How did she fall off that road? Sure, could have been cell phone texting... Or alcohol...
Good thing her death didn’t stop him from his political tweeting, or even cause him to say something about his loss.
And his mourning didn’t keep him from helping Hillary cheat. Or was he afraid the same would happen to him or his kid(s)?
