SC is pretty annoying. Alabama’s a turkey. NC has a few requirements, but nothing that takes real effort.

SC is pretty annoying.

The regs? Not really. But it is not a good thing to make things too easy because of the parents who are looking for an easy way out while keeping their kids pretty much off the grid. That is not a good thing but is still happening in SC, even with the annoying hoops we didn't mind at all a few years ago.
