63 Green
11 Yellow

In triage every patient is assigned a colored tag. Black is dead, red is critical, yellow would be serious like major broken bones or deep cuts, and green non life threatening minor injuries.

It does sound like a casualty list, with green being the least serious injured, black possibly death, red critical, 11 serious. I don’t know their codes, but seems to jive.

Green - need little treatment
Yellow - need more treatment but will survive
Red - need treatment right away or may not survive
Black - confirmed deceased
