I understand it perfectly. It is the same reason, when 10 black 19 year old people kick the crap out of some unfortunate 68 year old white guy, the news reports say some teenagers caused a disturbance, and they are investigating what caused the “altercation”. No mention of them being young, black, feral men who carried out a racially motivated attack, because that might make the black kids angry (Read Colin Flaherty’s book “Don’t Make the Black Kids Angry”)
