Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

The power to punish contemnors is connected with their power to investigate.

The Supreme Court has recognized this power.

Here are a few instances:

Anderson v. Dunn
Jurney v. MacCracken
McGrain v. Daugherty
Sinclair v. United States

Does it take the full congress to implement those actions or just the committee?

If anyone hears any rumblings that they might seize and incarcerate the perpetrator of this ‘contempt’... or anyone related to them... it would be interesting to watch a ‘Donna Mills’ or a ‘Huma Abedin’ being held incommunicado for the next six weeks...

Or even Comey himself... or all three.
See how hillary does wif all her ‘dindo nuffin’s’ locked up where she cannot use them as her personal human shields... for a while.

Were Trump to win, and Hilly’s lieutenants incarcerated for ‘contempt’ indefinitely... who would change her diapers?

just my 2 cents.
THANKS for the hard core incarceration data.

ATB!
