the house has the ability to penalize him for his established contempt, without limits.

the congressional methods of enforcement are not limited by the Judicial or Executive branch, nor do they require a bill, or executive branch to enforce the will of the majority.

a plea deal by one branch does not give immunity against the legislative branch. And if our foreign assets were exposed by the acts... foreign governments could extradite without permission of the judicial or executive as he would be in legislative custody.

the man is in a dangerous place. and as the election of Donald approaches, his options are being diminished.

The House can impose a fine or imprison, the imprisonment extends to the end of that Congress. The Senate can impose a fine or imprison, the imprisonment can be indefinite.
