As overweight as ILLiary is (she waddles!), no one in the media that I have read or heard ever asked any questions about those innocently deleted emails containing her "yoga routines" and such.

I have done yoga asanas (not the meditation) for stretching and core strength training for 45 years. I am 68 and it gets tougher and tougher even if you are trying to stay in shape. Everyone knows that.

Everyone except hilLIARdiary apparently. That woman hasn't done a yoga exercise in decades in her physical condition. She wouldn't know a downward facing dog from a plank pose. She hasn't seen her toes in quite some time, let alone touched them. The only pose she might be good at is the rare "face plant" pose, if she were to go catatonic into the asphalt.
