Sounds like to me this was a mostly registered voter poll with more Dems & Dem leaners considering the congressional vote

I have never heard of that poll.
D+7 oversampled and that’s with leaners.
You always have to dig into the internals to find out why Hillary is ahead in some polls and not in others.
