That sounds yummy, and would be particularly good to warm you up on chilly days. I make my Easy Dolmathis in a huge spaghetti pot, and freeze the leftovers in little ziploc bags. Then we just nuke it whenever we want an instant dinner. Your pottage sounds really good (and healthy, too!), Judy!

For me it’s the ease and it is healthy. It’s such a nuisance to cook for one person, so that’s why I find it so handy.
My daughter and son-in-law raise sheep, so the lamb is raised in the pasture, no GMO feed, no hormones, etc. Now I just have to persuade them to raise a few cows!
