All of the pictures that were posted up thread, some chokers, others NOT at all ( the VERY old fashioned ribbon around the neck is NOT a "choker" at all! ), are MUCH looser.

FYI..........pearls are THE very latest "IN"/on trend jewel this year.

It's NOT a matter of what one likes or doesn't; it's what is correct and NOTHING worn on the neck should look as though it is so tight, that it is cutting off the woman's air supply!

Ribbons around the neck are NOT really considered to be "chokers" and go back several 100 years.

Actual gem/pearl chokers gained prominence in the late Victorian era and have come and gone many times over since. Princess Diana brought it back to the "in" category and Camilla has a magnificent one.

Your age has less than NOTHING whatsoever to do with anything. Pearls NEVER go out of style.

Ohh, good question, how are private and public schools treated differently? No answer, other than the progrtam is first to make public college tuition free (cough, cough, for some). Admits the states have to be strong-armed to pay for the free college. If the states pay more, they will get money, and if they don't they will get political pressure. And the free loans program is how the private schools benefit. But private schools should look at cost too.

She talked a mile a minute but I'll try to hit on the main points.

A black woman living in Chicago was telling the two media TV news people....She has written and spoke to the Trump campaign on her concerns in Chicago. She said they were listening to her.

She has been a Democrat for 20 years and Donald is telling the truth about Democrat's promising better schools, more jobs, better life, security and after each election nothing happens as promised. She voted for President Obama but look the situation hasn't improved. So why should I believe Hillary will follow through with her promises?

The snide newsman jumps in and said aren't you offened by Donald talking a women and stop and frisk? And especially his Muslim ban?

She steps in and says she knows no good Muslim that is offended with the term Radical Islam and they are happy to hear he wants to get rid of illegals as well as hard working blacks because they are taking our jobs. After all "Devil's workshop is idol hands".

I'm in the court room every day and they are using Stop and Frisk every day around Chicago.

Look Donald is saying he's not for blacks, white or any particular race because he's for ALL American's That's the way it should be.***********Poorly done but the best I can do.

In state, out of state difference? Anybody from anywhere gets the same free school, anywhere they want, I think. At least that is how she started, then she went into soem rambling description of how schools court out of states for the revenue (wouldn't they quit that if the revenue wasn't there?) and something about how many slots were allocated to out of state students. Must have started to tuen into gibberish for her too, she went into loweing interest rates for studenbt loans, and giving extra credit to those who become employed by the government.

Bernie hits on climate change, it is the future of the planet, raise the minimum wage, pay equity for women, immigration reform .... crowd goes wild.
