Yes, it must have been one tough old pig. Sad because now I’m really hesitant to try that again. But chickens are great.
How I miss Costco beef. It’s the best. Back home, we would buy the whole big tenderloin. So tender and tasty. Sometimes we would rotisserie it with a beer baste, and other times just broil or grill the steaks. Sams has pretty good meat here in FL too, but I still think Costco’s meat is #1.
But the bobbing is non-stop. It isn’t in agreement with Bernie. It’s just constant bobbing like a crazy person.

That’s what we buy when we’re having a family dinner at the cottage - the whole big tenderloin. I would cut the steaks about 3/4” thick and then there was a nice sized roast left over. Costco tenderloins are the best around here.
Not sure, but I believe that congress can intervene here.

The thing ( it certainly is NOT a choker, though it looks like it is strangling Melania! )around Melania's neck looks more like an extra large bracelet, or what was left of an old, broken necklace, than a real choker!
There's understated and then there is that thing, which looks awful and a "WHY BOTHER?" bit. Nothing at all, or a simple strand of pearls of any length but "opera" or longer, would have been MUCH better!
And as far as that dress is concerned, the material bunches up in many different places and therefore does fit anyone well. I don't care how much it costs, who the designer is, it is an ill fitting dress, which doesn't fit!

Since about 2002 when we started low-carbing, I’ve deleted the rice altogether, and really don’t miss it. My husband is a rice lover, but he knows if I’m making it, it’s not going to have rice in it... LOL.
Your lamb suggestion sounds good. Usually when we have lamb, it’s in the form of lamb chops, or a roast with garlic, tomatoes, onions... That’s the one time I will give in to making rice. There’s just something about lamb with rice that is to die for....
Bernie looks totally bored, like he has something better to do at his new beach house.
