UN rules don’t allow someone from a country with a permanent seat on the Security Council to become the Secretary General. For that they would need to have the SC change the rules, which requires a unanimous vote by the five permanent members.

If President Trump doesn’t scotcch it, Russia or China probably will. They both have nothimg but contempt for Obama.

Thanks for pointing that out -- I wasn't aware of that rule. But I think Obama's being groomed for some position of globalist influence, maybe the IMF, World Bank, or???

Maybe with his generous "retirement" benefits courtesy of U.S. taxpayers, he'll settle for being the bagman and "fixer" for Soros, Maurice Strong or some other subversive globalist oligarch.
