If this is the standard, then every communist nation, every banana republic, and every islamic state owes reparations to their people.

The UN needs to make a list of countries that, over their history, abused people. For each country the abuses would be summarized. Then they can put the list in order from best to worst. We’ll see where America stands in the list.
