He referred to her as Hillary in his first or second response; the one about Ford moving jobs out of the country.
He did. I realized he didn’t address her for the opening handshake until she addressed him as Donald - then he said Hillary. You are correct about the Ford comments - I went back and watched again that part in particular - Hillary and I. She used Donald differently - not wanting to mince words here - but it was my perception that he addressed her more respectfully than she did - especially right off the top.
