Except that 30 miles away I can pay less than half. Indiana and Wisconsin are booming. And this is just the starting point. We have not fixed anything. We have the largest debt of any state. Wisconsin has a surplus. And Indiana is close to Wisconsin.

If rates go up, Illinois is in really big trouble, and large home owners are getting the bill. So there is a lot of renting on the North Shore.
