Except if you look on Zillow, you will see that there are thousands of homes for sale in those suburbs. And very few are selling. Nobody wants to own a high priced home in Illinois. A million dollar home in Illinois is about $25,000 in taxes plus the countries highest 11% sales tax. And they tell us they are going to go up a lot.
