From the questions asked by Holt, my bet is that the Clinton campaign wrote the questions and gave them to him. Just before the debate a Clinton campaign spokesperson was saying that the “moderator” should be challenging anything Trump says that the moderator thinks is untrue, and not just have Hillary do that. Essentially, Clinton had to have help, she couldn’t handle the debate on her own.
