Yes but, the Trump team should make sure it doesn't happen again. Perhaps force the debate to an outside sound stage with only a hard-wired feed to the outside world. That's my professional opinion. I’m no longer a pro but I did go to school for audio engineering, and worked in recording for a while(too many liberals and druggies to handle lol) , and it sure sounded to me like they boosted around 1-2k to give him a tinny, nasally sound.
