Boating at night is doable. It just takes lots of experience. I boated at night for over 20 years here in the Keys. Half of it on the reef the other half in the shallows of Florida Bay. It’s an experience you never forget. It’s some of the best of the best for fishermen and those of us who love the water.
Of course you have to be careful.And, accidents to happen.

A number of years ago a friend and his son were passengers on a boat on Lake St. Clair (S.E. Michigan) being driven by a guy who was drunk and they T-boned another boat, killing one of those passengers.........The drunk driver was rightfully convicted of manslaughter.......
