They were used against Romney. I did some volunteer work for Romney and the night before the election spoke with one of the top guys in the GOP in TN. They said their internal polls looked very good and they thought they were ahead by @ 1 %, had a good chance of winning.
The next day when the margin was much wider than anyone predicted for Obambi, they knew they had been cheated. In swing states in some democratic districts they had over 100 % turnout, thousands and thousands of same day registrations, people who voted but were never vetted.
Expect even worse abuse this year.
