If the meausre is conformity to the debate format, sure, she stuck to the script better - she should, she had a hand in writing it, and her handlers scripted her responses.

Lester Holt challenged TRUMP on his taxes.
He challenged him on “stop and frisk”.
He challenged him on the “birther” issue.
He asked him, also, about Iraq and then challenged, or interrupted him *six* different times.
Not one single challenge to Hillary on anything she said, and not one tough question on the myriad of scandals surrounding her— Benghazi, Clinton Foundation, the emails, medical records, etc.
Holt caved to his media colleagues.
Giuliani added in a separate segment, that stop and frisk was *never* judged unconstitutional, because the case against it was *enjoined* by a higher court and the initial judge was removed from the case, deemed politically biased!
Rudy said the current mayor simply chose not to enforce it. Period.
