In case about case Trump chose to squander time defending himself against relatively petty attacks instead of attacking Hillary on her SERIOUS crimes. I said months ago this would be a problem for him in a debate format.
I am convinced this was deliberately planned by the Clinton camp as a strategy and it worked well for them. Trump fell for the bait. Hillary should have been destroyed tonight. Well maybe that will happen in the next two debates.
