That is exactly what they are doing, although over a longer time-frame than you might be envisioning. Like other Western Europeans, Swedes are not reproducing at anywhere near a replacement rate. (i.e., they are aborting and buggering themselves into oblivion.)
The Muslims aren’t being brought in for humanitarian reasons, the Swedes have outsourced reproduction. In another 30 years or so the new landlords will have completely taken over the property.
