Gun looks like an old Colt 9mm.
With that guy’s rap sheet of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and previously firing at officers I have to give the cops the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Looks to me like an old Colt Mustang in .380 caliber.
Not something to be trying to fight three or four cops with.
I wonder who it was stolen from.
It’s a Colt Mustang .380 ACP.Small pistol which is why it’s hard to see. Looks like it’s in his right hand.
The pistol is a Colt “Government Model” chambered in .380 ACP and introduced in 1984. The model was discontinued in 1994. It is a single action pistol with a 7 round single stack magazine.
