I think it is important for Trump to win on his ideas because anything else and it is likely that Trumps biggest enemies will be McConnell and Ryan who will thwart him at every turn. If he wins straight up he will have much more power where it counts. If he wins by default it’s going to be pure gridlock.
She is not healthy and I imagine it will be a grueling experience, but if that is given as the reason she lost the race it will weaken Trump (through no fault of his own). I know we must win first and cannot afford defeat, but Trump is doing well enough now that I want to hear the word “mandate” so he can really get things done!
If she suffers a medical event during the debate, it will be clear that she has lied about her health, just like she has lied about everything else. It would be devastating for her: both too frail AND too dishonest to be president.
By contrast Trump will look even more honest in comparison and be perceived as someone who means what he says.
Get real. His biggest enemies will be Pelosi, Reid's replacement, and the MSM.
