Never know, especially with the recent (past 4 years or so) large influx of Moslems to the Puget Sound area. I see hijabs all over the place these days.
The Demos of Burlington are 61% white, 30% hispanic, 3% Asian, 1% black, 5% other. (Moslems usually put down “white” on census forms).
So there is an excellent chance it really is Hispanic, and thus more likely gang violence.
Reports are saying it was a Hispanic male, Grey hat...Although it’s strange to kill 4 people like that for no reason as of yet, I’m wondering if mistook his ethnicity for anothers...
