Trump is correct. Hillary has bad judgement. She is indecisive. She overestimates her capabilities.
By cancelling she avoided the debacle of grandma screeching at the rioters. However, she has just exhibited poor judgement!

She is sticking to the accepted script that has worked so well in the past - pandering on racial issues is right out of the rat playbook 101 at election time. Once they are elected they don’t even give them a nod.
