Isn’t there even going to be stewards of a national policy on the American piece of the web? So even if the world goes all looney about its part of the web, at least it can’t touch the American part?
I’m pleading ignorance on this because I really don’t know. However, I’d never trust it fully and once something is handed off, anything can happen. Safeguards can be taken down, new players can get involved, but what really concerns me are the scenarios I can’t think of.
