I have 3 listening options for my drive home, not including music, but I would rather have good talk than pleasant music: Levin, Larry Elder and Dave Ramsey. I like Dave Ramsey sometimes, but my finances are pretty bad, so I don’t listen very long. Larry Elder is now my number one option.
I have listened to Mark Levin for years. I liked what I heard until right before Trump clinched the nomination. Then he went all jihad on Trump, and I have tried to listen since, but although he says he’s voting Trump, it’s an offhand wishy-washy kind of endorsement. He thinks that he will have some influence on the outcome, since he wants to influence Trump before the election, and because after is too late. I say, Mark, the primaries are when you choose which candidate to influence with your support, but the generals are when we need to pull everyone together. It is now past the time to say Trump is not a real conservative.
America loves a scrapper. We always have. Bernard Goetz. Charles Bronson. Dirty Harry. Even Bill Clinton. That pie-assaulted Mayor. Can you believe how many people say it is quite OK with them for him to beat up a man for hitting him with a pie, at a school where we try to get kids not to fight with each other?
Trump is a scrapper. That is why he won and that is why he will win.
When you self-immolate the scars will never disappear.
Best to leave doubts unsaid and graciously accept and thank Cruz for his endorsement .
