If the lower level IT guy(s) are clamming up without consequence, even after receiving immunity deals, you can bet that Mills is never going to testify against Hillary. Between this President, the AG and the Director of the FBI, there is less than zero chance of any jail time even being threatened. By the time Trump takes office (I hope), pardons or other means of permanently barring prosecution will be in place.
