I have noticed a big difference after the shooting incident in Tulsa when it came to the decision to charge the police officer. Could it be because Mr. Trump went to the black church and said she had to be charge?

The facts make it less obvious that there was a imminent threat to anyone's life. It seems at least a wobbler to me, I don't think the charges were unwarrented.

Could it also be possible that Mr. Trump needs the black and other minorities for the November 8th election by doing black outreach at the churches and he did go to a Tulsa church a few days ago.
