We complain about roasting but before you know it, we’ll be whining about freezing our tushes off. LOL!
We’ve stayed hot down here later than this so it’s nothing new to us. Just tired of it and ready for a little cooling off.
That's why I tell people that I don't like to pigeon-hole my writing into one genre. I usually say "fiction with a little romance and humor because I never know what might pop into my head".
After all, Witchy Tales: Gale Warning is about 4 elderly witches and does not include romance.
I have all sorts of stories on the back-burner waiting for me to get back to them; many not romance.
A good day here though I’m sleepy. Back was fired up big time last night and I couldn’t sleep. It’ll be an early night tonight.
Yep, still hot and humid here but not enough humidity to give us rain, which we need. But at the same time, the dry weather has been great for harvesting. Can’t take up the crops when they’re wet. Our fields aren’t quite ready yet but it won’t be much longer.
Kittehs have been surprisingly good lately. Makes me wonder what they have up there lil furry sleeves. Don’t trust the lil critters. LOL
Any plans for the weekend? Will your son have to work again or will y’all be able to spend some time together?

Good enough day. Pulled a shift at the Republican Women’s election HQ. Nice to get out of the house for a few hours and see a few folks.
Got a little housework done and now my lil hiney is parked for the evening. :-)
