Using facts is a microaggression. It has a chilling effect on the national conversation, since the disadvantaged side, which is undersupplied with facts, is sometime left speechless, and then they must express themselves by some kind of performance art, often involving a weapon.

Exploitation of mere fact is also institutional racism, since black people do not have equal access to facts. Thus facts have disparate impact and hurt mostly minorities and people from underserved urban areas. Fact-based verbal colonization is not Who We Are.

Logic derives from Dear White Male Culture, and therefore it is not inclusive. It is mostly used as an attempt to intimidate, and it excludes other, more diverse modes of discourse.
